HCSO publishes weekly motor fuel price statistics

Based on the latest data of the EU’s Weekly Oil Bulletin, the average price of 95-octane petrol was 601 forints in Hungary, which was 6 forints higher than the regional average. In neighbouring countries, the average price was 605 forints, the price in Hungary being 0.7% or 4 forints lower. The weekly average price of diesel motor fuel was 601 forints in Hungary, which was 16 forints or 2.7% higher than the regional average price of 585 forints. In neighbouring countries, the average price of diesel was 596 forints, and the figure for Hungary was 0.8% or 5 forints higher than this.
