2023 dissemination calendar for first releases is now available

The Hungarian Central Statistical Office has made the 2023 dissemination calendar for first releases public. The aim of the first releases is that the Office publishes the preliminary findings of mid-year data records concerning the leading economic indicators at the soonest possible.

The calendar promotes the work of users by making the publishing of information predictable and plannable, and the rapid release of preliminary data facilitates decision-making backed up by information and data.

The dissemination calendar of first releases contains the publication of the latest data grouped by title and calendar day. The release dates are in line with international recommendations and the processing of the findings of data collections. From January 2023, first releases will be published on HCSO website on the day indicated in the calendar at 8:30 a.m. instead of the current 9:00 a.m., so the users of our data can assess the current data earlier.

In 2023, a total of 181 first releases will be published at monthly, quarterly and annual intervals.
