HCSO publishes weekly motor fuel price statistics

Based on the latest data of the EU’s Weekly Oil Bulletin, the average price of 95-octane petrol was 595 forints in Hungary, which was 2 forints lower than the regional average. In neighbouring countries, the average price was 609 forints, the price in Hungary being 2.3% or 14 forints lower. The weekly average price of diesel motor fuel was 607 forints in Hungary, which was 15 forints or 2.5% higher than the regional average price of 592 forints. In neighbouring countries, the average price of diesel was 608 forints, and the figure for Hungary was 0.2% or 1 forint lower than this.
