Dr. Áron Kincses becomes member of the Doctoral and Habilitation Council of Óbuda University

Based on the Organisational and Operational Regulations of Óbuda University, the Doctoral and Habilitation Regulations of the university and the resolution of the Senate of Óbuda University on 16 December 2024, Dr. Áron Kincses, President of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (KSH), was elected as an external member of the University Doctoral and Habilitation Council with voting rights. The letter of mandate for five years was presented by the Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Levente Kovács.

The appointment is an important recognition not only of the outstanding scientific achievements of the President, but also of the work and professional authority of HCSO, which contributes to the strengthening of university and academic relations of strategic importance for the office, and the dissemination of the statistical approach.
