Dr. Áron Kincses, President of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office, receives his title of Honorary University Professor

The Senate of the Budapest Business University (BGE) has appointed Dr. Áron Kincses, President of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (HCSO), as Honorary University Professor in recognition of his outstanding teaching and research activities at the University. The ceremonial conferral of the title took place on 11 October 2024.

Dr. Áron Kincses has been Head of the BGE Extra-Mural Department of Applied Statistics since 2019. He is also engaged in extensive teaching and research activities. In addition to BGE, he is currently Honorary University Professor at the University of Óbuda and Associate Professor at the University of Miskolc, and has also worked as a researcher at the Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary. His research has been published in several national and international scientific journals.
