The date of the population census is changing

Considering the pandemic, Hungary – as many other European countries – is postponing its population census scheduled for this spring. According to paragraph 9/C of the Government Decree no. 45/2021. (published on 5 February) modifying Government Decree no. 479/2020 (3 November) on further protective measures applicable during the period of state of danger the population census is going to take place between 1 October and 20 November 2022.
