The surplus of the external trade in goods amounted to EUR 1.1 billion, its level increased by 1.9% on the export side and by 1.3% on the import one, month-on-month
The value of export was 10% lower, that of import decreased by 7.8% in EUR terms in June 2024 compared to the same period of the previous year. The balance of the external trade in goods deteriorated by EUR 472 million. Compared to the previous month, the export of goods level increased by 1.9%, its import grew by 1.3%.
In June 2024:
The value of exports amounted to EUR 12.2 billion (HUF 4,802 billion) and that of imports to EUR 11.1 billion (HUF 4,370 billion).
The balance of the external trade in goods was EUR 1.1 billion (HUF 432 billion).
The share of EU member states (EU27_2020) was 76% in exports and 72% in imports.
