The largest weight carrying manufacture of transport equipment representing 25% of manufacturing, surpassed by 32% the previous year’s data. The volume of motor vehicles manufacturing rose by 36%, the manufacture of parts and accessories for motor vehicles grew by 29%.
The manufacture of computer, electronic and optical products accounting for 11% of manufacturing increased by 22% compared to the same month of the previous year. Out of the two largest groups the manufacture of electronic components and boards went up by 29%, the manufacture of consumer electronics rose by 9.9%.
The manufacture of food products, beverages and tobacco products having a 12% share in manufacturing grew by 1.4%, first of all due to an increase in export sales, while domestic sales dropped. The processing and preserving meat and the production of meat products representing the largest weight (22%) fell behind the previous year’s value by 9.0%. Besides, output decreased in three more groups: the manufacture of grain mill products, starches and starch products dropped by 16.0%, the manufacture of bakery and farinaceous products fell by 3.8%, processing and preserving of fruit and vegetables declined by 1.7%. The production increased between 1.0 and 33% in the other groups, the manufacture of vegetable and animal oils and fats went up the most.
Out of the subsections the manufacture of electrical equipment grew at the highest rate, by 47%. Out of the two most significant weight carrying groups the manufacture of batteries and accumulators went up by 87%, the manufacture of electric motors, generators, transformers and electricity distribution and control apparatus rose by 62%.
Out of the two medium-weight representing subsections the manufacture of rubber and plastics products, and other non-metallic mineral products increased by 0.2%, at the same time the manufacture of basic metals and fabricated metal products fell by 10.4% compared to the same month of the previous year.
The decrease goes on for five months in the manufacture of coke, and refined petroleum products: in September the volume of production was 21% lower than in the same month of 2021, sales fell in both sales directions.
